Mrs. Mallen's Music House

My name is Elizabeth Mallen and I teach music through piano and/or flute. My philosophy of teaching is to create whole musicians through fun engaging activities and games. We explore music in my studio through movement, singing, composing, improvising, reading sheet music, using method books to assist and guide learning in a sequential progression. I can teach students from as young as 4 through to adults of any age. I structure your progression of learning depending on student/parent goals and interests.

I have been teaching for 20 years and have studied at Monash university on Flute, completing an honours. I have also completed grade 8 on Piano through AMEB.
